Use watercolor paints to get into a mindful flow in this relaxing art workshop. With the art of Alma Thomas as inspiration, we will create patterns of dots, lines, and simple shapes. Painting predictable shapes allows your thinking brain to quiet and the repetition helps to calm your mind. The focus will be on allowing yourself to experiment and play, not on technique, and so no experience is necessary.
